Does CALLI ship internationally?

Yes! We serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON Callifashion.com?

We use DHL Express as our primary shipping courier for international orders. For local orders, we use Grab express and LBC. Shipping within Metro Manila is free of charge.

Can I pay for my online order by check?

No, Bank deposit or credit card payment only.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order along with the date of shipping .
Please note that it is out of the company’s responsibility once the product is shipped. Upon shipping, the order is out of our control. You may receive it earlier or later. It will be customer’s responsibility to track their package.

I recently placed an order and have decided to cancel the order. How do I go about doing this?

To see if your order can be canceled, please email our customer service department sales@callifashion.com
If your order has already been processed and shipped to you, we CANNOT cancel the order. After the order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility for all shipping fees incurred. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility plus a 25% restocking fee.

I've just placed an order on your web site, and made a mistake. Can my order be corrected?

Does Calli design its own products?

Yes. All our handbags are designed in house.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We use DHL Express as our primary shipping courier for international orders. For local orders, we use Grab express and LBC. Shipping within Metro Manila is free of charge.

Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in saleable and original purchase condition within 10 days, accompanied by the original packaging material and sales receipt, to the original country of purchase.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, call us immediately at +63 2 9879998 or email us at sales@callifashion.com. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately within 3 days of receipt of your order. CALLI will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received,postage and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost plus a 25% re-stocking fee of total items returned.
